SMS Broadcast Groups
ZapitSMS Broadcast Groups provides a simple way for creating groups of contacts for effective communication with customers, staff or subscribers using text messaging.
An SMS Broadcast Group is a list of contacts that you maintain and allow external subscribers to the list to opt-in or opt-out by themselves. Subscribers to a Broadcast Group can opt in or out via the web or by SMS.
