ZapitSMS PC to Mobile text messaging enables you to reach thousands of people at once using group SMS broadcasting and by easily importing contact details with CSV file.
The easiest way to start sending SMS from PC is by importing your contact details using a CSV file. A comma-separated values (CSV) file is a common and simple file format and is the best way to move data from your existing lists into the online address book on your ZapitSMS Windows client or in Web Admin.
You can import up to 1000 contact details including names, surnames, mobile phone numbers and email addresses at a time.
Setting up different SMS broadcasting groups and using CSV, you can easily choose lists to send bulk SMS for business communication, advertising and promotion purposes.
Directly access all of your contacts online via the Windows client or in Web Admin.
To convert your files into CSV:
- Open the Excel spreadsheet of contact details
- Click File > Save As
- In 'Save as Type' select CSV (comma delimited)
